摘　　要：铁路装卸管理是铁路物流管理的重要组成部分,为了提升铁路装卸能力和服务水平,推进铁路现代物流的快速发展,通过阐述铁路装卸管理工作现状,分析铁路装卸管理在队伍素质、专业管理、技术装备、体制机制等方面存在的问题,从满足铁路现代物流发展的需求出发,提出加强装卸队伍建设、强化装卸专业管理、推进装卸作业机械化、规范装卸业务外包管理、提高装卸服务质量及完善激励机制的对策。Railway loading management is an important part of railway logistics management. In order to increase railway loading capacity and service level and promote fast development of railway modern logistics, through expounding status of railway loading management works, this paper analyzes the problems existing in railway loading management in the aspects of team performance, specialized management, technical equipment as well as system and mechanism. Starting with satisfying the demand of railway modern logistics development, the paper also puts forward relative countermeasures, such as strengthening loading team building, improving specialized management of loading, promoting mechanization of loading operation, standardizing outsourcing management of loading business, increasing loading service quality and improving excitation mechanism.
