摘　　要：图书馆法是保障图书馆事业发展的重要方式,我国图书馆法律体系呈现出"先地方后中央"的特点。通过调查分析我国现行地方性图书馆法规,为湖南省图书馆立法提出建议,以保障湖南省图书馆事业的健康发展。参考文献13。Library law is an important way to guarantee the development of library, the legal system of library in our country presents the characteristics of ＂local levels being subordinate to the central government＂. Through the investigation and analysis on the local li- brary law of China, this paper makes advice to Hunan＇s library law to protect the healthy development of Hunan librarianship. 13 refs.
