益气活血通络汤对气虚血瘀型脑出血患者运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血通络汤对气虚血瘀型脑出血患者运动功能的影响。方法:选取2013年7月—2016年5月本院收治的气虚血瘀型脑出血患者94例,依据随机数表法分为观察组(益气活血通络汤)和对照组(常规药物治疗),比较两组的临床疗效、神经功能、运动功能和日常生活活动能力。结果:观察组47例,总有效率为91.49%,对照组47例,总有效率为74.47%。观察组47例,MRS分级:0级5例,1级31例,2级7例,3级3例,4级1例;对照组47例,MRS分级:0级3例,1级18例,2级14例,3级5例,4级7例。治疗前,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血通络能治疗气虚血瘀型脑出血成效显著,能够明显改善患者的神经功能和运动功能,提高患者的生活活动能力,值得临床推广。Objective：To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction （QYHXT） on motor function of patients with cere- bral hemorrhage of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods：From July 2013 - May 2016 according to the random number ta- ble method,we divided patients into the observation group （QYHXT） and the control group （conventional drug therapy） to com- pare the clinical curative effect, neurological function, Motor function and activities of daily living. Results ：The total effective rate was 91.49% in the observation group and 47.47% in the control group. MRS was graded as grade 0 in 3 cases,grade 1 in 18 ca- ses,grade 1 in 31 cases,grade 2 in 7 cases,grade 3 in 3 cases and grade 4 in 1 case in the control group,14 cases of grade 2,5 cases of grade 3,4 cases of 7 cases. There was no significant difference in Fugl - Meyer score and Barthel score between the two groups before treatment （ p 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the Fugl - Meyer score and Barthel score of the observation group were sig- nificantly higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： QYHXT can improve the neurological function and motor function of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis intracerebral hemorrhage and improve the life activity of the patients,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
