调和肝脾方对复合因素致支原体肺炎脾虚肝旺大鼠多种细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察调和肝脾中药对支原体肺炎脾虚肝旺证大鼠气道细胞因子的影响。方法:将48只SD大鼠随机平均分为3组:空白组、模型组、治疗组。采用滴鼻法对实验大鼠进行MP(肺炎支原体)感染,后采用夹尾+冷冻+大黄灌胃多因素复合造成脾虚肝旺证模型;治疗组给予调和肝脾方灌胃,空白组、模型组均予等量生理盐水。检测各组大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液IL-4、IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-6含量。结果:与空白组比较,其余两组IL-4和IFN-γ均有升高;治疗组IL-4及IFN-γ水平较模型组下降,而其IFN-γ/IL-4较模型组升高。模型组BALF中IL-2水平与空白组比较下降,而IL-6水平升高;治疗组IL-2的水平较模型组显著上升,而其IL-6的水平下降;治疗组IL-2和IL-6含量与空白组相当。结论:中药对IL-2、IL-6两种细胞因子有明显的恢复作用;另外,中药虽然可以降低INF-γ、IL-4,但是仍然未达到空白组水平;主要是纠正二者比值方面更加明显,即中药在调整Th1/Th2细胞失衡方面效果更佳。Objective：To observe the effect of Tiaohe C, anpi Recipe on airway cytokines of rats with mycoplasma pneumonia spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity. Methods ： Forty - eight SD rats were randomly divided into three groups ： blank group, model group, treatment group. Rats were infected MP with the method of nasal intubation drip. And then devise model of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity by tail nipping,freeze and rhubarb gavage. The treatment group were treated with Tiaohe C, anpi Recipe. The blank group and model group were given normal saline. Detect the IL - 4, IFN - γ, IL - 2 and IL - 6 of bronchoalveo- lar lavage fluid. Results ： Compared with blank group, the other groups＇ IL - 4 and IFN -γ were all increased. The treatment group＇ s IL- 4 and IFN -γ were lower than those of the model group,but the treatment group＇s IFN -γ/1 -4 were higher than those of the model group. The model group＇s IL- 2 in BALF compared with that of the blank group was decreased,but the IL- 6 in- creased. The model group＇s IL- 2 increased significantly ,but IL- 6 decreased. The treatment group＇s IL- 2 and IL- 6 were the same as thsoe of the blank group. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious recovery effect to IL - 2 and IL - 6. Tradi- tional Chinese medicine could decrease INF - γ and IL - 4, but could not get the level of blank group. Traditional Chinese medi- cine has obvious effect in correcting IFN - 3,/IL - 4. The effect of adjusting Th1/Th2 cells imbalances is better.
