光波在含特异材料的环形腔内的传输特性

摘  要:基于光线传输矩阵理论,研究了含特异材料环形腔内光波光斑半径和相对光强的分布特性。结果表明:以负折射率材料内部作为起始位置,光波传输一周后,子午面和弧矢面光斑半径均较大,中心光强较弱。当光波离开负材料后,光斑半径迅速减小,由于凹面镜的影响,在其表面又达到极大值,但较负材料内部光斑半径小很多。当光波传输起始点远离凹面镜后,光斑半径依次减小,在两平面镜中心达到最小值,此时中心光强最大。在此基础上,分析了负材料长度和介质折射率对光波束腰半径的影响。研究发现,介质长度对环形腔内子午面和弧矢面的束腰半径影响较小,但介质折射率对负材料内部束腰半径的影响较大。Based on the theory of light transmission matrix,the light spot radius and relative intensity distribution of metamaterials in ring cavity were studied.The results show that the spot radius becomes larger and the central relative intensity is weaker in meridian plane and sagittal plane when wave propagates a circle by choosing the internal negative refractive index materials as a starting position.The spot radius reduces quickly after leaving the negative materials,then reaches the maximum again at the surface of the concave mirrors,but it is far less than that of the inside negative materials.When the transmission start point of light is away from the concave mirror,the spot radius decreases,and attains the minimum at the center of the two plane mirrors,thus the relative center intensity reaches maximum value.On basis of this theory,the influence of negative material length and the refractive index on beam waist radius were analyzed.It is found that the medium length affects little on the waist radius in meridian plane and sagittal plane.However,refractive index has much influence on the waist radius of the internal negative materials,the beam waist radius decayed quickly when the refractive index changes from-5to-1,but the spot radius is less affected at the center of two flat mirrors,where the two waist radius curves are near to the horizontal lines.
