摘　　要：为提升4G网络深度覆盖、增加容量和提升边缘区域感知,首先通过对异构网概念及功能的分析,提出通过异构网方式满足中国移动4G网络发展需求的整体思路,随后全面阐述了4G异构网的分层规划指标和规划方法,最后以商务区作为典型场景构建了异构网部署示例方案。In order to improve the deep coverage, increase the capacity and enhance the cell-edge user performance in 4G network, the concept and function of the heterogeneous network were analyzed to propose that the heterogeneous network can meet developmental requirements of 4G network for China Mobile. Then, the hierarchical planning index and method of 4G network were comprehensively expounded. Finally, a demonstrative solution to the heterogeneous network deployment based on the typical scenario of a business district was presented.
