摘  要:以应用于化工设备的凸轮轴轻度损伤的轴颈作为修复对象,采用表面镀覆镍基复合镀层予以修复。阐述了损伤轴颈的修复流程,归纳了其中主要环节的工艺要点,并通过检测镍基复合镀层与损伤轴颈的结合强度以及镍基复合镀层的形貌和耐磨性,对损伤轴颈的修复质量进行评价。得出结论:表面镀覆方法适用于修复化工设备凸轮轴轻度损伤的轴颈,而且修复质量良好。通过沉积平整致密且高硬度的镍基复合镀层,损伤轴颈的耐磨性明显提高,使用寿命能够延续。Slightly damaged shaft journal of camshaft,which was used in chemical equipment,was repaired by nickel based composite coating through plating method. The repairing process was elaborated,the key points of main link of the repairing process were summarized. Moreover,the repairing quality was evaluated through detecting bonding strength of the coating and damaged shaft journal and the morphology as well as abrasive resistance of the nickel based composite coating. It was concluded that the surface plating method was suitable for repairing slightly damaged shaft journal of camshaft which was used in chemical equipment,and the repairing quality was satisfied. The wear resistance of the damaged shaft journal was obviously improved and the service life could be extended through electrodepositing the nickel based composite coating with dense surface and high-hardness.
