摘 要:目的研究可降解高纯镁的溶血性能,探讨其相关的影响因素。方法分别采用生理盐水(SC)和磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)2种介质,应用ISO和ASTM标准推荐的不同比例,通过直接接触法(90min)和间接接触法(72h),评价高纯镁的溶血性能,并比较pH值变化和镁离子释放量,分析其对溶血性能的影响。结果在相同比例下,PBS组的溶血率小于SC组(P<0.05);间接接触法72h组的溶血率大于直接接触法90min组(P<0.05);SC组的pH值均大于10,溶血率明显升高;90min内镁离子释放量低于22mg/L。结论在本实验条件下,pH值、接触比例和接触介质是引起高纯镁高溶血率的主要因素,选择PBS缓冲液作为接触介质可能更适合于可降解高纯镁溶血性能的评价。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the hemolytic properties of biodegradable high purity magnesium (HP-Mg) and to explore its influencing factors. Methods The hemolytic properties of HP-Mg has been evaluated in saline (SC) and the buffer solution (PBS) respectively by the different methods of direct contact (90min) and indirect contact (72h) recommended by the ISO and ASTM standards. In this study, the changes in pH value and the magnesium ion concentration have been compared and evaluated. Results The hemolysis rate in PBS was less than that in SC (P〈0.05), and it was higher when detected by the indirect contact method than that by the direct contact method (P〈0.05). The hemolysis rate in SC group was increased with the pH value 〈10 and the magnesium ion concentration was less than 22mg/L in 90min. Conclusion Under the experimental condition, the pH value, the contact ratio and the contact medium were the main factors causing the higher hemolysis rate of HP-Mg. It was recommended that the PBS should be more suitable for hemolysis evaluation.
