摘  要:目的观察急进高原后,在不同海拔高度、不同时间节点下,大鼠胃电及小肠电生理活动变化。方法 130只SD雄性大鼠随机分为低海拔组(西安,海拔400 m),中度海拔组(西宁,海拔2 260 m)和高海拔组(玛多,海拔4 300 m),中度海拔组、高度海拔组又以急进高原的时间分为1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d,10 d和14 d组,每组10只。测定各组大鼠胃电及小肠电活动数据,观察其变化规律。结果大鼠胃电及小肠电的波幅及波频在中度海拔地区5 d组及高海拔地区3 d组下行到最低点(P<0.05),且高海拔地区3 d组受损更加明显(P<0.05)。结论急进高原对于大鼠胃及小肠电活动影响显著,且海拔高度越高大鼠胃电活动受损越严重,下行的速度越快,越早到达最低点。Objective To investigate the changes of gastrointestinal electrical activity at diiterent altitude and ditterent time in the rats after ascending to high altitude. Methods Totally 130 male SD rats were divided into low altitude group( Xi' an, 400 m), moderate altitude group(Xining, 2260 m), high altitude group( Maduo, 4 300 m). The moderate and high altitude groups were further divided into six subgroups according to the time after ascending to high altitude(n = 10 in each group) :1 d, 3 d, 5 d, 7 d, 10 d, and 14 d groups. The gastrointestinal electrical activity of rats was determined in each group. Results The amplitude and frequency of gastro- intestinal electrical activity of rats were the lowest in moderate altitude 5 d group and high altitude 3 d group( P 〈 0.05). Cotwlusion The gastrointestinal electrical activity in rats can be significantly influenced by high altitude exposure, and the injury is more serious in rats after exposure to higher altitude.
