摘　　要：城市不是静止的,而是一个动态发展的过程,包括组成城市的诸多元素,如房屋、道路、水系、植被、院落等也是随城市而不断发展变化的。本文利用地理信息系统(GIS)技术收集城市中的院落、街道等信息资料,建立一种基于GIS的城市院落动态分析机制,体现城市院落走向、布局、形态等特点,建立一种日常院落的管理方法,提高对城市院落的管理规划水平,同时为增强城市规划的可行性提供支撑平台。City is not static, it is a dynamic development process, including the many elements of city ： housing, roads, water system, vegetation, and so on the yard is also evolved with the city. Using geographic information system （GIS） technology to collect information, such as compound and streets in the city to build a mechanism of urban compound dynamic analysis based on GIS, and reflects the city to the yard, the layout, shape characteristic, establish a daily yard management methods, improve the management of city yard planning level, at the same time in order to enhance the feasibility of urban planning support platform.
