防霉剂吡啶硫酮锌在织物上的应用研究

摘　　要：研究了不同质量浓度、焙烘时间以及焙烘温度条件下,防霉剂吡啶硫酮锌在棉织物及涤/棉织物上的应用,通过单因素和正交试验确定最佳工艺条件。棉织物防霉工艺参数为:吡啶硫酮锌质量浓度0.04 g/L,焙烘时间3 min,焙烘温度120℃,轧液率80%,浴比1∶25;涤棉织物防霉工艺参数为:吡啶硫酮锌质量浓度0.03 g/L,焙烘时间3 min,焙烘温度130℃,轧液率80%,浴比1∶25。在该工艺条件下,防霉剂吡啶硫酮锌可发挥最佳防霉效果。The application of fungicide pyridine zinc sulfide ketone is applied to cotton and its blends with different concentration and curing conditions. The optimum process is determined by single factor and orthogonal tests as： pyridine zinc sulfide ketone 0.04 g/L, pick-up 80%, bath ratio 1 ： 25, and curing at 120℃for 3 min for cotton fabric, and pyridine zinc sulfide ketone 0.03 g/L, pick-up 80%, bath ratio 1 ： 25, and curing at 130℃ for 3 min for cotton/polyester fabric. Under the above conditions, the mould inhibitor pyridine zinc sulfide ketone shows the best mildew resistant effect.
