水溶性维纶混纺纱纬编面料的开发

摘　　要：选用棉/水溶性维纶混纺纱与纯棉纱,在针织圆机和横机上开发了特殊效应产品。介绍了条纹、凹凸花型效果面料的设计工艺及技术要点,并探讨了退维整理工艺,具体的退维整理工艺为:清洗剂适量,浴比1∶100,温度90℃,时间35min。试织结果表明,产品风格独特、质量好。试验结果可为水溶性维纶在针织产品中的应用提供参考。The weft knitted fabrics with interlocking cotton/water-soluble PVA blended yarn and cotton yarn are produced on circle knitting machine and flat knitting machine. The designed process and technological key points of lamp wick and concave-convex texture weft knitted fabrics are introduced. The knitting technology and key point during the PVA revolving process are also discussed, and the optimum process is mordant defined amount, bath ratio of 1 ： 100, treating at 90℃ for 35 min. The results show that the product has unique style and good quality, which could provide reference for the application of water soluble PVA in knitted products.
