省地一体化电网融冰管理系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：考虑湖南电网特殊地理气候特征导致输电线路较易发生覆冰的特点,结合湖南电网以往防冻融冰工作开展经验,开发了湖南电网省地一体化电网融冰管理系统。本文重点介绍了系统的总体结构、相关功能、系统关键技术以及取得的效果。Considering the characteristics of special geography and climate characteristics of Hunan power grid, the characteristics of transmission lines are more prone to icing . Combined with the experience of frost prevention and ice melting in Hunan power grid, the provincial integrated power grid ice melting management system of Hunan power grid has been developed . This paper focuses on the overall structure of the system , related functions, key technologies and the results achieved .
