徽州传统民居改造成民俗客栈的生存现状及发展探析

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高和精神文明的进步,人们在旅游的时候更向往住在旅游区内极具地方特色的民俗客栈,在这种情形下,徽州地区作为全国旅游胜地,各种以传统民居改造为主线的民俗客栈应运而生。文章着眼于徽州传统民居与民俗客栈的融合改造,从民居改造的专业性、建筑风格的地域性、理性改造的重要性、现代技术的适宜性和设计风格的独创性五个方面进行简要论述,探讨如何在妥善保留徽州传统民居特色的前提下,将其理性地改造成为民俗客栈,使其不仅能够满足客栈的使用功能,更重要的是使老房子焕发新生,从而对徽州传统民居起到一定的保护作用。With the improvement of people＇s living and spiritual civilization progress, People in tourism more yearning to live in the tourist area of the local characteristics of the folk custom inn., in this case, Huizhou area as a national tourist destination, a variety of traditional residential transformation as the main line of folk custom came into being. This article focuses on the integration and reconstruction of Huizhou traditional dwellings and folk custom Inn. residential renovation from the professional, the architectural style of the region, the importance of rational transformation of modern technology, the suitability and design style originality briefly discussed five aspects, discusses how to properly retain the traditional houses in the premise of Huizhou, the rationally transformed into folk Inn, the inn is not only to meet the use function, more important is to revitalize the old house, and the protection of traditional dwellings in Huizhou play.
