摘  要:作为起步较晚且定位不一的交叉学科,多数学校一般借力优势学科推动劳动与社会保障专业建设。专业定位影响就业方向,就业方向与职业能力存在匹配关系。基于职业能力优化课程体系是增强毕业生就业能力与职业发展能力的重要抓手。铜陵学院劳动与社会保障专业毕业生职业能力建设应依托学校财经优势与特色,理清职业能力与课程体系间内在逻辑关系,优化课程设置,培育"厚基础、强能力、宽口径、有特色"的应用型人才。As a later start and the different positioning of cross discipline, most schools generally are leveraging the dominant subjects to promote the professional construction of labor and social security. The professional orientation influencing the employment direction, the direction of employment and the vocational ability exist matching relationship. Based on optimization of the professional ability, the curriculum system is the important way to enhance the employ ability and the vocational ability of the graduates. The construction of professional ability of the graduates who belonging to the major of labor and social security in Tongling University should be relying on the university's financial advantages and characteristics, clarifying the logic relations between the professional ability and the curriculum system, optimizing the curriculum, cultivating the "thick foundation, strong ability, wide caliber and distinctive applied talents.
