摘　　要：从PPP项目社会资本方和公共部门间信任的视角,研究信任在合同柔性与PPP项目绩效关系中的作用,构建了信任作为前因,合同柔性作为中介,PPP项目管理绩效为结果的理论模型。通过实证研究得出:信任作为关系治理要素,驱动合同柔性的形成,PPP项目合同柔性对于改善项目管理绩效作用显著,并在信任对PPP项目绩效影响中起到部分中介的作用。The research studies effect of trust in the relationship between contract f lexibi lity and PPP project performance from the perspective of trust between the social capital parties and the publ ic sector of PPP project. And construct the theoretical model using trust as the antecedent, contract flexibility as an intermediate, PPP project management performance as the result. The empirical study shows that： trust as the relationship between governance elements, driving the formation of flexible contract -PPP project contract flexibility to improve project management performance significantly, and trust in the performance of PPP projects play a part of the intermediary role.
