新常态下辽宁沿海港口物流产业发展路径研究

摘　　要：文中通过对新常态下辽宁沿海港口物流产业的现状进行梳理,指出该区域港口物流业发展具备港口区位优势明显、港口配套资源齐备和区域蓝色经济发展稳定等有利条件。同时,现阶段也存在产业发展不均衡,尚未形成规模效应;企业创新能力不足,高新技术普及程度较低;从业人才短缺,人员流失矛盾突出等问题。针对上述问题,笔者提出促进辽宁沿海港口物流产业发展的可行性策略:借力国家宏观发展战略,保障港口物流产业均衡发展;促进区域创新协同发展,提升企业市场竞争力;加强与院校交流合作,保障人才持续供给等。In this paper,it analyzes the present industrial status of coastal port logistics in Liaoning province under the background of new normal. Several advantages of port logistics are pointed out such as obvious location advantage,complete infrastructures of coastal port,stable development condition for marine economy. Meanwhile,there are some problems in its process of development. They are mainly imbalance in industrial development scale effect,absence of innovation capacity in enterprises low adoption rate of new technology,talent shortage and brain drain. For these deficiencies,it puts forward feasible strategies to promote the logistics industrial development of coastal port in Liaoning. It should guarantee the balanced development for the port logistics industry with national development strategy. Also,it helps to promote the coordinated development of regional innovation and improve the competition ability of enterprises. Furthermore,it encourages to strengthen cooperation between enterprises universities,and supply sustainable talents.
