摘 要:随着各类网络订餐平台不断出现与发展,越来越多的在校大学生为了避开食堂用餐的高峰期,开始选择网络订餐的方式,这对学校内的外卖配送无疑增加了更多的工作量。因此,合理规划外卖配送点在优化学校外卖系统中起着重要的作用,配送点的合理性直接关系到外卖的速度和质量。文中将结合外卖配送的特点,建立外卖配送点选址问题的集合覆盖模型,采用Excel规划求解的方法,以某高校为例进行研究,通过具体的求解步骤和结果以找出学校外卖配送点的最优选址。With the constant appearance and development of various kinds of online meal ordering platforms,an increasing number of college students have started to choose the way of online meal ordering in order to avoid the peak of dining in canteens,which undoubtedly adds more workload to takeaway distribution in schools. Therefore,the reasonable planning of takeaway distribution sites plays an important role in optimizing the distribution system of schools. The rationality of distribution sites is directly related to the speed and quality of takeaways. This paper will combine with the characteristics of takeaway distribution,establish a set covering model for the site selection problem of takeaway distribution sites,adopt the method of Excel programming solver,take a university as an example to carry on research,and find out the optimal location of takeaway distribution sites in schools through specific solution procedures and results.
