摘　　要：经对某550 kV开关站GIS雷电冲击试验中各种故障产生的原因进行了分析,提出应采取以下措施提高GIS运行可靠性:对GIS生产、安装的质量控制,杜绝盆式绝缘子、导体、外壳内壁出现砂眼、毛刺等缺陷的产生,盆式绝缘子开孔边角、拐角应圆滑过渡,连接内屏蔽电极的导体与盆式绝缘子应做到无间隙的紧密结合,安装过程中应把打磨过程形成的金属性颗粒、细屑清理干净,冲击试验的顺序应先正极性、后负极性等。The flashover faults observed in the lightning impulse test in a 550 kV GIS are analyzed. Correspondingly,measures are proposed to improve the operational reliability of the GIS,which include the quality control of the GIS manufacture and installation,prevention of voids and burrs in the internal walls of the basin-type insulator,conductor and shell,smooth transition of the opening corners and turnings of the basin-type insulator,tight connection between the conductor and the insulator,careful cleanup of the metal particles and fines generated in the grinding procedure,and correct order of the impulse test.
