摘 要:海面的气象条件对舰船出航执行军事行动与非战争军事行动至关重要,然而舰船海上探测手段受制于常规方法和仪器设备的局限性而存在诸多现实问题。论文通过研究舰船海上气象信息探测现状,分析总结出目前舰船气象业务主要有探测高度低、极度依赖陆基保障平台、实时性差和存在安全保密隐患等问题,极大地影响了舰船中远海执行任务能力。最后基于新兴的GNSS气象学提出应用北斗卫星导航系统在舰船上反演海上气象信息,对舰船未来海上探空手段作展望研究。The meteorological conditions of the sea surface are very important for the military and non-military missions of naval vessels.However,there are many practical problems in the limitation of the marine Radiosonde technology due to the limitation of the conventional methods and instruments.In this paper,the present situation of marine meteorological information detection on ships is analyzed,and the main problems of current ship meteorological service such as the low altitude of sounding,the reliance on land-based platform and the poor security are analyzed,which greatly influences the mission capability.Finally,based on the emerging GNSS meteorology,the application of the Beidou satellite navigation system to invert the marine meteorological information of the ship is proposed,and the prospect of the future maritime sounding means is studied.
