摘　　要：图书馆在阅读推广活动中应强化对读者的阅读引导职能,包括引导读者如何选择图书,引导读者如何阅读图书。引导读者选择图书可从四个层面展开:推介出版社,推介学科杰出人物,推介优秀书评,提升图书采访质量;引导读者如何阅读应重点推介阅读方法,端正阅读目的。图书馆在阅读推广服务中应彰显其教育价值观,提升图书馆员资格能力以便有效引导读者阅读。Libraries should strengthen the reading guidance function for readers in the reading promotion activities ,which includes leading readers to choose books and guiding readers to read books with skills. Leading readers to choose books can be done from four dimensions： introducing press, introducing prominent subject figures, recommending outstanding book reviews, and improving book acquisition quality. Guiding the reader to read should focus on recommending reading method and correcting reading purpose. Library should highlight its education value in reading promotion service, improve the qualification of librarians to effectively serve the reader.
