摘 要:以某220kV变电站三相油浸式电力变压器为研究对象,在调试阶段,分别测量变压器空载和负载状态下的噪声与振动,研究了变压器时频域噪声与振动特性,分析结果表明:变压器空载与负载状态下的噪声与振动特性存在较大差异,负载状态下变压器噪声与振动更为显著,且振动主频发生改变,应以变压器调试阶段的噪声数据为参考依据进行新建变电站噪声预测。In this paper, the audible-noise and vibration signals of a 220 kV three-phase oil-immersed power transformer are measured in no-load and loading conditions when it is in the debugging stage. The time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of the audible-noise and vibration signals are analyzed. The coherence analysis between the audible-noise and vibration signals is also carried out. The result shows that large discrepancy exists between the audible noise and vibration characteristics in no-load and load conditions. The amplitudes of audible noise and vibration signals of transformer in load conditions are more obvious, and their main frequency changes. The noise level of transformer in the early operation stage should be used for substation noise prediction before it is constructed. The conclusions can be referred for substation noise prediction and the audible-noise control of three-phase oil-immersed power transformers.
