摘 要:随着预报科学理论和技术的发展,降雨和洪水预报精度的提高和水文过程预见期的增长,水库运用中由对水库汛限水位的静态控制逐步转向动态控制,而汛限水位动态控制的核心问题之一就是研究汛限水位动态控制域的确定方法。以岩滩水库为实例阐述了库容补偿法和预泄能力约束法的基本思想,并给出预泄能力约束法的数学描述和计算过程。通过评定岩滩水库短期洪水预报方案精度和预报误差对防洪安全的影响程度,以不增加土地淹没损失为原则,基于洪水预报信息和汛期动态控制水位调度线得出汛限水位动态控制上限值,以原设计汛限水位值为下限确定汛限水位动态控制域。With progressing in scientific prediction theory and technology,the more forecasting accuracy of rainfall and flood being achieved and forecasting period of hydrologic process getting longer on the reservoir operation,the researchers are gradually focused from the static lim-it water level control to dynamic control. One of the key problems of dynamic control of the limit water level is to determine the dynamic con-trol domain of the limit water level. Taking Yantan Reservoir as an example,in this paper the basic idea of the reservoir compensation method and of flood forecast and flood pre-discharge method were described,and the mathematical description and calculation of flood forecast and flood pre-discharge method were given. The authors assessed the impact of short-term flood forecasting scheme accuracy and forecast errors on flood safety. On the rule of not increasing the risk of the loss of land, the dynamic control of upper limit water level was determined based on flood forecast information and dynamic control level scheduling line and the lower limit was the value of original designed limited water level, so the dynamic operating domain of the water limit level had been set up.
