摘 要:齿槽力和纹波推力是引起永磁直线电机推力波动的主要因素,采用能量法和傅里叶分析法对齿槽力进行了解析分析,对于整数槽绕组圆筒型永磁直线电机提出采用定、动子不等极距的方法削弱电机的齿槽力,并对不等极距消弱齿槽力的机理进行了理论分析,给出了动子极距选取的计算公式,同时研究表明采用合适的动子极距可以降低空载电势中的谐波含量,进而抑制了由空载谐波电势引起的纹波推力。有限元分析和样机实验表明:齿槽力得到了有效的消弱,降低了空载反电动势中的谐波含量,电机的推力波动得到了有效的抑制。Cogging force and ripple thrust are the main factors that cause thrust fluctuation in permanent magnet lin-ear synchronous motors(PMLSM). Cogging force is analytically analyzed by using the energy and Fourier analysis method. This study proposes the unequal stator and rotor pole-pitch method to weaken the cogging force of motor for the integer slot winding type of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor . In addition,a principle for weakening the cogging force of a PMLSM is analyzed, and the formula of rotor pole-pitch selection is given. T he research shows that the application of a suitable rotor pole pitch can lower the harmonic content in the no-load potential and further inhibit the ripple thrust caused by the no-load harmonic potential. Finite element analysis and prototype ex-periments show that the cogging force is effectively weakened, the harmonic content of the no-load back EMF is lowered and the thrust fluctuation is effectively suppressed.
