电子看板在临床护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨电子看板在临床护理中应用的效果。方法:选取应用手写看板的病区5个,已安装应用电子看板的病区5个,每病区随机抽取8名护士,分手写看板组与电子看板组,每组各40名护士。由5位课题成员每月以调查问卷方式,跟踪调查两组护士在应用不同看板时对病区动态变化的知晓情况,测评知晓分值,了解护士对病区动态变化的知晓程度。并随机抽查观察比较两种看板的信息显示量。结果:电子看板信息显示优于手写看板,应用电子看板后,护士更易于辨析,对病区动态变化的知晓平均分值高于手写看板。结论:电子看板能显示大量信息,提高了护士的辨析能力,增强了提醒、警示效果,利于开展护理工作。Objective：To investigate the application effect of electronic display board in the clinical nursing.Methods：The handwritten boards were used in 5 wards,and while the electronic display boards were used in other 5 wards.8 nurses in each ward were surveyed with questionnaire and random inspection by 5 project members every month.The contents of survey included the degree of nurse＇s awareness to ward dynamic change and the information quantity of two kinds of board.Results：The information display in electronic display board was better than that in handwritten board.After the application of electronic display board,the nurses were easier to get information;the score of awareness to the ward dynamic changes were higher.Conclusion：The electronic display board application can show a lot of information,improve the nurse＇s discrimination ability,enhance the alert and warning effect,and benefit to carry out the nursing work.
