“二级”医院依托“三甲”托管平台调整护理管理模式推动护理工作的体会

摘　　要：目的:探索"二级"基层医院依托"三甲"托管平台调整护理管理模式保障患者安全推动专科护理工作的效果。方法:在调研的基础上结合"二级"基层医院护理现状,依托"三甲"托管平台对被托管医院的管理学习培训,通过患者安全文化和护理服务理念更新,建章立制,护理安全与质量持续改进推动专科护理工作。结果:被托管医院护理人员通过学习培训在保障患者安全的基础上推动专科护理工作发展,托管前后护理安全给药和患者身份识别错误例数明显减少,患者的满意率提升。结论:有效的托管能提高二级医院的护理水平,保障护理质量与安全,有利于基层专科护理工作推动。Objective：To explore the effect of hosted model by superior hospital on improving nursing safety management and specific nursing quality.Methods：Based on surveyed the status of nursing and evaluated nursing quality,a number of training courses offered through 3-A-grade hospital were conducted to spread safe knowledge and nursing skill for the nurses of primary hospital.Through working out rules and regulations,the concept of service and safety of nurses was transformed in basic hospital.Results：The level of specific nursing was promoted,the incidence of medicine mistake and identification error was decreased,the satisfaction rate of patients was increased.Conclusion：Effective application of hosted mode can promote the development of specific nursing and ensure nursing quality and safety in primary hospital.
