摘 要:采用X-射线衍射、DSC、TG和DTG分析等方法研究了磷矿渣和粉煤灰等矿物细掺料掺入后对高贝利特水泥水化性能的影响.研究结果表明:磷矿渣粉和粉煤灰的掺入,改善了水泥石的原始结构,促进水泥的早期水化;生成的水化产物进一步改善水泥的结构.特别是磷矿渣粉掺入高倍利特水泥后,其28 d时水化反应非常充分,表明磷矿渣粉的活性比粉煤灰的活性高.This paper studies the high Belite cement hydration properties by using X-ray diffraction, DSC, TG and DTG analysis and other methods, with the incorporation of phosphorous slag and fly ash and other mineral admixtures. The results show that the incorporation of phosphorus slag powder and fly ash improves the original structure of cement, promotes the early hydration of cement; hydration product further improves the structure of cement. In addition,the fineness of phosphorus slag has some influence on the strength of cement mortar,grinding of finer quality phosphorus slag powder, the final hydration is fully, and has large contribution to the density and strength of cement stone. Compared with the fly ash,within the same time,the hydration of phosphorus slag powder obtains more consumption of Ca(OH) 2, which indicates that the activity of the phosphorus slag is stronger than that of fly ash.
