摘 要:提出一种新型的由投影平面为四边形的六杆四面体单元组成的柱面网壳(简称六杆四面体柱面网壳).这种网壳结构的构形的构造简单,节点和杆件数相对较少,网格抽空率高,具有单层和双层网壳的主要优点.对于上、下弦杆为梁元,腹杆为杆元,可称为上、下弦节点均为半刚接半铰接的六杆四面体柱面网壳,进行静力和线性与非线性稳定性分析.结果表明:其结构的整体刚度好,内力分布合理,线性特征值屈曲分析和考虑几何缺陷的双非线性稳定性分析都能获得较好的性能,结构的技术经济指标和用钢指标良好.柱面网壳可采用统一几何轴线尺寸的六杆四面体单元体集成,有利于标准化设计、工业化生产和装配化施工,符合绿色结构建筑推广应用的要求.A new-type six-bar tetrahedral cylindrical lattice shell was proposed,which was a new prefabricated structural system composed of six-bar tetrahedral units(quadrangular projection plane).The shell configuration was simple because of comparatively fewer members and high evacuation ratio.Six-bar tetrahedral cylindrical lattice shell has advantages of both single-layer and double-layer shells.Static and stability analysis of the shell with semi-rigid joints were carried out.As results,the six-bar tetrahedral cylindrical lattice shell preforms well in integral rigidity,mechanical property and stability.Technicaleconomic index and steel quantity index for the shell is good.Uniform geometrical axis dimension can be adopted on six-bar tetrahedral units for the cylindrical lattice shells.This characteristic is conducive to standardized design,industrial production and prefabricated construction,meeting the popularization and application requirements of green architecture industry.
