摘 要:以重瓣金鸡菊、黑心菊等8种宿根花卉为试验对象,利用电导率法测定抗寒性,同时以可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量的变化为辅助依据,从生理方面解释8种宿根花卉抗寒性的强弱。结果表明,随着低温胁迫温度逐渐降低,各品种花卉的细胞膜透性均逐渐升高,而不同品种之间增加的幅度有明显差异。通过运用隶属函数法结合植物体内可溶性蛋白质和脯氨酸含量的变化算出8种宿根花卉抗寒性顺序为:重瓣金鸡菊>黑心菊>飞燕草>宿根福禄考>射干>肥皂草>堆心菊>地被菊。Eight kinds of perennial flowers,such as Coreopsis lanceolata ‘Double Sunburst'and Rudbeckia hirta,were used as test subjects.The cold resistance was determined by conductivity method.At the same time,the changes of soluble protein and proline content were taken as the auxiliary basis.From the physiological aspects of 8kinds of perennial flowers to explain the strength of cold resistance.Result shows that the temperature decrease with the low-temperature stress;the cell membrane permeability of each cultivar increase gradually;the increase range among different cultivars is significantly different.Applying membership function method,combined with the changes of soluble protein and proline content in the plant,the descending order of the cold resistance of eight kinds of perennial flowers is Coreopsis lanceolata ‘Double Sunburst' 〉Rudbeckia hirta〉Consolida ajacis〉 Phlox paniculata〉Belamcanda chinensis 〉Saponaria officinals 〉Heleniun bigelovii 〉Chrysanthemum morifolium.
