新疆肿瘤专科医院近5年麻醉性镇痛药应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析医院麻醉性镇痛药的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对医院2011~2015年麻醉性镇痛药的消耗数量、销售金额、年度增长率、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果医院麻醉性镇痛药销售金额呈逐年递增趋势,增长率达38.63%,其中盐酸哌替啶注射液用量呈下降趋势,可待因变化不大;硫酸吗啡缓释片、舒芬太尼注射液、瑞芬太尼注射液消耗量及DDDs均居前3位。结论医院麻醉性镇痛药的使用基本合理,符合规定。To analyze the utilization of narcotic drugs in the hospital for clinical rational use of narcotic drugs.By a retrospective study,the consumption quantity,consumption sum,annual growth rate,DDDs and DDC etc were statistically an-alyzed in the hospital from 2011 to 2015. The consumption sum of narcotic drugs in the hospital kept increasing year byyear. The increasing percentage was 38. 63%. However, the consumption quantity of Pethidine Hydrochloride Injections was in decline, and the consumption quantity of Codeine Phosphate Tablets was in a little change. Morphine Sustained Release Tablets, Sufentanil Injections and Fentanyl Injections were ranked at the top 3 places on the list of the consumption quantity and DDDs.The use of narcotic analgesics in the hospital is basically rational and up to the standard.
