赤霉素对茄子砧木托托斯加种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：为研究不同赤霉素浓度和浸种时间对茄子砧木托托斯加种子发芽的影响,用200~1 200 mg/L的赤霉素对托托斯加种子分别浸种24、48、72 h。试验结果表明,不同浓度的赤霉素处理对托托斯加种子发芽均有促进作用,当赤霉素浓度为1 000 mg/L、浸种时间为48 h时,种子的发芽率、发芽指数均达到最高,分别为87.0%和36.77。To study the effects of different concentrations and soaking times of GA3 on seed ger^nination of the eggplant rootstock Tuotuosijia, different concentrations of GA3 ranged from 200 to 1 200 mg/L were used to soak the eggplant rootstock Tuotuosijia seeds for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, respectively. The results showed that all concentrations of GA3 could promote seed germination. But the germination rate and germination index wee the highest, up to 87% and 36.77, when the seeds were soaked with GA3 for 48 h at concentration of 1 000 mg/L.
