摘　　要：介绍了韶钢宽厚板轧机液压AGC系统Moog D792系列三级伺服阀结构原理及参数,从电气、液压、机械等方面分析了伺服阀故障的原因,并提出了解决措施,可供有关设备检修、维护人员参考借鉴。The paper introduces the design principle and parameters of Moog D792 series three stage servov alve of hydraulic AGC system on the wide and heavy plate mill in Shaogang, analyzes the failure causes of the valve in the respects of electrical control system, hydraulic system and mechanical devices and recommends relevant corrective measures, which can be used as the references of equipment inspection and maintenance personnel.
