改良V-Y肌腱瓣修补术治疗陈旧性Kuwada Ⅳ型跟腱断裂

摘　　要：目的探讨改良V-Y肌腱瓣修补术治疗陈旧性KuwadaⅣ型跟腱断裂的临床效果。方法对21例陈旧性Kuwada Ⅳ型跟腱断裂患者采用改良V-Y肌腱瓣修补术治疗。患者跟腱缺损长度为6.5~10.2 cm。结果患者均获得随访,时间8个月~5年。按Amer-Lindholm评分标准评价疗效:优16例,良3例,差2例。结论改良V-Y肌腱瓣修补术治疗陈旧性Kuwada Ⅳ型跟腱断裂可有效解决跟腱缺损,临床疗效满意。Objective To explore effects of Kuwada type Ⅳ chronic of the achilles tendon repaired by using modified V-Y tendinous flap. Methods The 21 cases of the Kuwada type Ⅳ chronic achilles tendon were repaired by using modified V-Y tendinous flap. The range of achilles tendon defect was 6. 5 - 10. 2 cm. Results All the patients were followed up from 8 months to 5 years. The Amer-Lindholm score criterion was used to assess the results of surgical treatment,16 cases had excellent results,3 cases had good results and 2 cases had poor results. Conclusions It can achieve satisfied clinical effect that the Kuwada type Ⅳ of chronic rupture of the achilles tendon is repaired by modified V-Y tendinous flap.
