摘　　要：目的探讨采用克氏针经皮固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法对32例桡骨远端骨折患者采用克氏针经皮固定治疗。结果 2例失访,30例获得随访,时间6~12个月。2例后期克氏针松动伴有渗出,经多次换药,拔除克氏针后愈合;无其他并发症。骨折愈合时间为8~20周。腕关节功能根据Gartland-Werley评分评价:优22例,良6例,差2例,优良率为93.3%。结论采用克氏针经皮固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效满意,具有创伤小、手术时间短、并发症少、费用低的优点。Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of the closed reduction and Kirschner wires internal fixation in distal radius fractures. Methods Thirty-two patients of distal radius fractures were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation. Results Thirty cases received follow-up of 6 - 12 months while two cases were lost,two cases had the Kirschner wire loosed with exudation,which healed after many times of dressing change and the removal of the Kirschner wire. Fracture healing time was 8 - 20 weeks. Wrist joint was evaluated according to Gartland-Werley score standard： 22 cases were excellent,6 cases good and 2 cases poor,excellent-good rate was 93. 3%. Conclusions Closed reduction with Kirschner wires fixation in patients with the distal radius fractures have the advantage of small trauma,shorter operation time,curative effect,less complications and spend.
