摘　　要：初始经验性抗感染方案的选择是成人社区获得性肺炎治疗成功的关键。该文以不同类别抗菌药物的特点为切入点,解读2016年版《中国成人社区获得性肺炎诊断与治疗指南》中初始经验性抗感染药物的选择方案,以期帮助一线临床医师和药师更好地理解和掌握指南,并在实践中结合不同地区病原流行病学特点合理选择成人社区获得性肺炎的经验性抗感染治疗方案。The choice of initial anti-infection empirical therapy is the key to the successful treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in adults. This review is aimed at interpretation of the 2016 edition of Guidelines for the Initial Anti-infection Empiric Therapy Management of Chinese Adult Patients with Community-Acquired Pneumonia based on the different characteristics of antimicrobial agents. It may be useful for clinical physicians and pharmacists understand and master the guidance theoretically and practically,and also help them to select the empirical anti-infection treatment of adult patients with community-acquired pneumonia in combining regional epidemiological characteristics reasonably.
