摘　　要：为了进一步增强BDS服务国民经济和社会发展的能力,针对我国BDS和区域连续运行基准站网建设快速发展的现状,提出以BDS卫星导航定位信息、基础地理信息、遥感影像为基础资源,同时融合多行业多源基础数据,搭建区域BDS卫星时空信息综合服务平台的方法,建立多行业互联互通机制,实现基础资源共享,提升防灾减灾、车辆导航、重大突发事件应急处置、重大工程安全监测等方面的保障服务水平。In order to further enhance the service ability of BDS for the nat ional economy and social development , aiming at the current situation that the development of China？s Beidou satellite navigation system and the construction of regional con-tinuous operation reference station network are rapid,the paper proposed the method that bui lds the regional BDS satellite spati- otemporal information integrated service platform by fusing multi-source and multi-industry basic data based on the basic re-sources of BDS satell ite navigation and positioning information, basic geographic information and remote sensing imagery, to establ ish a multi-industry interconnection mechanism, realize the basic resources sharing, and promote the security service lev-el of disaster prevention and mitigation, vehicle navigation, major emergency disposal and major engineering safety monito-ring, etc.
