摘 要:初级永磁型游标直线(LPPMV)电机具有低速、大推力输出特性,特别适用于直线直驱系统。设计合理的绕组连接方式可有效改善电机性能。首先根据电机的运行原理,针对一台6/2极LPPMV电机提出了4种不同的绕组连接方式;其次通过有限元法,比较了LPPMV电机在不同绕组连接方式下的特性,包括空载感应电动势、电感,并在相同铜耗条件下计算了绕组的总质量、电枢电流、推力、铁心磁通密度以及铁耗等,以此得到了不同绕组连接方式下电机的运行效率;最后折中选择了一种绕组连接方式,制造了样机,并通过实验验证了电机的性能。The linear primary permanent magnet vernier( LPPMV) machine, which possesses the advantages of low speed and high thrust force,is very suitable for linear direct-drive applications. Reasonable design of winding arrangement can substantially improve the machine performances. Firstly,four types of winding arrangement were presented for a 6 /2 pole LPPMV machine based on the machine operation principle. Secondly,the characteristics of the LPPMV machine with different winding arrangements were analyzed by finite element method,including the no-load EMF and inductance. And the total winding weight,armature current,average thrust force and iron loss were compared in the condition of the same copper loss. Then the efficiency parameters of four winding arrangements were obtained. Finally,one of the winding arrangements was selected to build a LPPMV prototype machine. And the performances of the machine were verified by experiments.
