摘　　要：福建长汀彭坊村的非物质文化遗产刻纸龙灯造型图案和制作工艺特色鲜明,深受各界人士青睐。当地森林资源丰富,文化底蕴厚重,但地方非遗传承举步维艰,社会对非遗的保护和重视不足,对非遗与生态旅游文化资源调查不到位。各级政府应重点扶持文化传承,创新传播宣传模式,打造生态文化品牌,通过资源整合,提升村落品质,对非遗进行有效保护和合理利用,促进非物质文化遗产与生态文化旅游的融合发展。The modeling patterns of paper-carving lanterns in Pengfang Village, Changting, Fujian in quite characteristic in crafting,where there is rich forest resource and inside cultural information. However,the local protection of intangible cultural heritages is difficult due to the social ignorance,which leads to insufficient study in the intangible cultural heritages and culture of eco-tourism. The governments at different levels should mainly support the cultural inheritance,innovate the promotion patterns and cultivate the eco-cultural brands, through integration of resources and improvement of village quality, so as to efficiently protect and rationally develop these heritages and promote the integration of the intangible cultural heritages with the ecological and cultural tourism.
