参麦注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨参麦注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法:130例COPD急性加重期患者随机分为两组。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组加用参麦注射液治疗。治疗2周,观察治疗前后咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等症状变化,并对两组的T细胞亚群及临床疗效进行评价。结果:观察组总有效率为93.8%,高于对照组的80%。治疗后两组咳嗽、咳痰及喘息临床症状积分均较治疗前显著下降,但观察组下降更为明显。治疗后两组CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+指标均较治疗前显著改,但观察组改善更为明显。治疗后观察组IgA、IgG均显著性高于对照组。结论:参麦注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者,可显著改善临床症状及肺功,提高免疫功能。Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy of using Shenmai injection as adjuvant therapy for AECOPD patients and its influence on the immune function .Methods ：130 cases of AECOPD patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （65 patients in each group） .The control group according to group chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines were given conventional western medicine treatment ,while the observation group had Shenmai injection on basis of the control group treat-ment .Both groups were treated for two weeks .Before and after treatment cough ,sputum ,wheezing improvement , two sets of T cell subsets group ,as well as the clinical efficacy after 2 weeks of treatment .Results ：In the observa-tion group after treatment ,the total effective rate was 80% significantly higher than 93 .8% in the control .After treatment ,cough ,sputum and wheezing symptom scores were significantly decreased than before treatment ,but the observation group decreased more significantly .After treatment ,CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋ ,CD8^＋ ,and CD4^＋ / CD8^＋ index improved more significantly than before treatment ,but the observation group improved more significantly .Conclu-sions ：Using Shenmai injection as adjuvant therapy for AECOPD patients can significantly improve the clinical symp-toms and immune function ,which has better clinical results .
