摘  要:结合浙江省第三届大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的要求,设计了一种完全依靠重力驱动行驶,并能够自动交错绕过赛道上设置的不同间距障碍物的自行避障小车.根据机械设计基本知识,确定了小车的总体设计方案及结构参数,借助MATLAB对小车行走轨迹进行了计算模拟,并制作了实车模型.比赛实践表明:制作的小车结构简单、运行平稳,可较好地实现变间距的自行越障功能.Based on the requirements of the 3th Zhejiang Undergraduate Integration Ability Competition of Engineering Training, an automatic obstacle-avoiding car driven by gravitational potential energy is designed, which is required to be able to bypass automatically obstacles on the track. And the car can adapt different spacing of obstacles. According to the basic knowledge of mechanical design, the overall design scheme and structure parameters of the car are determined. The trajectory of the car is calculated and simulated based on MATLAB and the prototype of car is manufactured. The test result shows that the car has the advantages of simple structure and stable operation, which can meet the requirements of adapting different spacing of obstacles.
