摘 要:目的研究连续灌胃给予月季花总黄酮对Beagle犬产生的重复给药毒性作用。方法正常Beagle犬40只,分为月季花总黄酮0.9、0.3、0.1 g·kg-1 3个剂量组和溶剂对照组,每组灌胃给予相应的药物溶液,每天1次,连续13周,以其体重、血液学、血液生化学、脏器系数、组织病理学检查为指标,全面评价其对Beagle犬的毒性作用。结果月季花总黄酮0.9 g·kg^(-1)剂量可引起Beagle犬肾功能指标(BUN、CR)和肾脏系数明显增加,组织病理学检查结果显示肾皮质肾小管上皮细胞可见空泡变性,坏死、细胞核消失等。结论灌胃给予月季花总黄酮0.9 g·kg^(-1)对Beagle犬有一定的肾脏毒性。Objective To investigate the repeated dose toxicity of total flavonoids Chinensis in Beagle dogs.Methods Forty normal Beagle dogs were divided into four groups: normal control group and 0.9, 0.3, 0.1 g · kg^-1 dose of total flavonoids from Rosa Chinensis group. The dogs were administered intragastrically total flavonoids from Rosa Chinens is for 13 weeks. The body weight, hematology, blood biochemistry, viscera index and histopathology were measured for the overall toxicity assessment. Results The normal dogs administered total flavonoids from Rosa Chinensis (0.9 g · kg^-1) significantly showed abnormal escalation of the levels of creatinine (CR) , urea nitrogen(BUN) and kidney index. Pathological changes of kedney were found by histopathological examination. Conclusion Total flavonoids from Rosa Chinensis (0.9g·kg^-1) administered intragastrically has significant toxicity on kidney.
