摘 要:用三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚(TMPME)和亚硫酸氢钠进行烯烃自由基加成反应生成三羟甲基丙烷单亚丙基磺酸钠醚(TMPMS),经盐酸酸化,成功合成了一种新型的液态磺酸型扩链剂三羟甲基丙烷单亚丙基磺酸醚(TMPMH),并以此作为扩链剂制备出高固含量的水性聚氨酯乳液。通过质谱(MS)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重分析(TGA)等手段对磺酸型扩链剂的化学结构、产物热稳定性进行了初步表征;通过透射电镜(TEM)、粒径分析等手段对乳液相关性质进行了初步表征。结果表明,合成的液态磺酸型扩链剂纯度高,热稳定性好,起始分解温度达110.8℃;以此作为水性扩链剂制备出磺酸型水性聚氨酯乳液,乳液粒径在100 nm左右,且呈单一分布,乳液的临界固含量(S_η)高达56.9%,远高于羧酸型水性聚氨酯乳液(S_η=39.8%)。Trimethylolpropane mono allyl ether(TMPME) was reacted with sodium bisulfite according to the mechanism of alkene free radical addition reaction,then acidified with hydrochloric acid,a novel liquid hydrophilic chain extender trimethylolpropane single propylene sulfonic acid ether (TMPMH) was successfully synthesized. The chemical structure of TMPMH was characterized by mass spectrum(MS) and Fourier transform infrared(FT-1R). The thermal stability of TMPMH was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The properties of the e-mulsion was characterized by transmission electron microscopy ( TEM) and particle size analysis. The results showed that the liquid sulfonic acid chain extension agent had high purity and good thermal stability with the high initial decomposition temperature (110. 8 ℃). Using it as chain extension agent,sulfonic acid type waterborne pol-yurethane emulsion was prepared successfully. The emulsion had small particle size( 100 nm) with a single distribu-tion. The critical solid content (Sη) of the emulsion was as high as 56. 9% , far higher than that of carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane emulsion( Sη = 39. 8%).
