预结算审核与合理确定工程造价研究

摘　　要：通过对建筑工程中的造价进行分析和研究,发现目前我国的工程造价中存在的各种问题,合理科学的工程造价能够更好地完成预算和结算,对工程的预结算审核的过程进行探讨,并找出相应的对策和措施,从而保障工程造价的科学性和合理性。Through the cost analysis and research of construction projects, it find out that at present our country of all kinds of problems existing in the project cost,has a reasonable and scientifically project cost better able to complete budget and settlement,after discussing on budget and settlement progress of project, it find out the corresponding countermeasures and measures, to ensure the scientific nature and rationality of project cost.
