摘　　要：行政执法文书是行政执法的重要载体,是执法行为的具体体现。执法人员都希望能够快速制作出规范、统一的执法文书,手写预定格式的执法文书既不规范,又容易漏记、错记,采用信息化技术制作、打印执法文书能够实现规范、统一、可靠、易用。随着社会与技术的进步,建立行政执法文书电子化系统,将所有的执法文书全程电子化,实现无纸化执法是一种理想模式。对于目前还未使用行政执法文书电子化系统的执法人员,可以采用Word技术制作行政执法文书。Word技术制作的行政执法文书能规范数据输入,防止无效、错误数据的输入,确保使用者不破坏文书的预定内容和格式,提示使用者在何处输入内容,自动生成多页文书的不同标题。Administrative law enforcement instruments are important carriers of administrative law enforce- ment, and concrete manifestations of law enforcement actions. Law enforcement officers hope to quickly pro- duce the standardized, uniform law enforcement instruments. Hand-written format of the law enforcement instruments are not standardized, omission and misstatement. The use of information technology to produce, print law enforcement documents can be standardized, uniform, reliable and easy. With the social and tech- nological progress, it is an ideal model with the establishment of administrative law enforcement documents electronic system, all the whole process of the documents implemented with electronic equipment and elec- tronic paperless law enforcement. For the law enforcement officers who have not yet used the electronic sys- tem of administrative enforcement documents, Word administrative techniques can be used to produce ad- ministrative enforcement documents. Word technology to produce administrative law enforcement instru- ments can standardize data entry, prevent invalid and wrong data input, ensure that the user does not de- stroy the predetermined content and format of the document, prompt the user where to input the content, and automatically generate a different title for the multi-page document.
