摘　　要：介绍了一种火药恒温老化试验仪的设计方法和工作原理。以PLC为主控制器,采用PID加热控制技术,结合功率调节模块、热电传感系统和加热系统等,形成一套完整的火药安定性恒温试验设备,满足火药安定性试验检测规范的要求。可用于火药安定性试验中对火药的恒温老化处理。Introduced a propellant constant temperature aging design method and principle of test instrument, PLC as the main controller, uses PID to heat control technology, combined with the power regulation module, ther- moelectric sensing system and heating system, forming a set of complete propellant stability constant temperature test equipment and full foot propellant stability testing specification requirements, for the stability of propellant test of gun- powder temperature aging treatment.
