摘　　要：ModBus协议是流行的现场总线之一,相比以串口通信为基础的ModBus-ASCII及ModBus-RTU协议,ModBus-TCP协议具有简单、高效、稳定的优势,为构建工业测控网络系统提供了更为理想的选择。介绍基于ModBus-TCP的主从式测控网络,以单片机系统为核心,可实现对本地恒温实验装置的数据采集、闭环控制、数据通信及远程监测功能。给出了系统的体系结构及硬软件设计方案,可为类似远程测控方案的实现提供借鉴。ModBus protocol is one of the popular fieldbus. Compared with serial communication based ModBusASCII and ModBus-RTU protocol, ModBus-TCP protocol has advantages of simplicity, high efficiency and stability, which provides a more ideal choice for the construction of master-slave type measurement and control network system. With single chip microcomputer system as the core, the industrial control network based on ModBus-TCP could realize the data collection, close loop control, data communication and remote monitoring function for the local thermostat system. The architecture of the system and the design scheme of hardware and software are given here, which provides guidelines for the implementation of similar remote measurement and control programs.
