摘  要:介绍了陆地用400Gb/s高速传输系统中陆地用新型G.654光缆的生产及检测。从G.654光纤的国家标准和ITU标准出发,探讨了陆地用新型G.654光纤在陆地上应用特点及其相关指标。通过对现有工艺改进,成功地将陆地用新型G.654光纤成缆。测试了陆地用新型G.654光纤在套塑、成缆和护层工序完成后的光纤附加衰减值以及成缆后的光纤总附加衰减值,并分析了光纤附加衰减值的产生原因,同时还测试了陆地用新型G.654光纤成缆后的机械及环境性能。测试结果表明,陆地用新型G.654光纤成缆后的各项性能指标均满足或优于相关标准要求。The production and test of a new land used G.654 optical cable used in 400 Gb/s high-speed transmission system are introduced. Based on the national standard and ITU standard for G.654 optical fiber, the application characteristics and relevant specification of the new land used G.654 optical fiber are discussed. Through the improvement on the existing process, the new G.654 optical fiber is successfully cabled. The additional attenuation values after extrusion, cabling and sheathing processes of the optical fiber and the total additional attenuation values of the cabled optical fiber are tested. The reason why the additional attenuation values occur is analyzed. Meanwhile, the mechanical and environmental properties of the cabled G.654 optical fiber are also tested. The results show that every performance of the cabled G.654 optical fiber can meet or exceed the requirements of relevant standards.
