摘　　要：为了满足用户特殊场合和特种用途对光电复合缆的使用要求,成功设计了一种航空用同轴型光电复合缆。该光电复合缆通过选取合适材料及优化结构设计,满足了重量轻、尺寸小、耐弯折性能优异、抗拉强度高、光单元可长期承受使用温度为150℃等设计要求。该光电复合缆已经通过用户验收,目前使用情况良好。A coaxial opto-electrical hybrid cable has been successfully designed to satisfy the special occasions and purpose from customers. Through choicing suitable materials and optimizing construction design, it meets the design requirements such as light weight, small size, excellent folding and bending resistance, high elongation resistance and its optical part can be used under 150℃ for a long term. At present, it has been accepted by customers and operates very well.
