摘  要:随着海洋开发的不断升温,水下拖曳电缆(拖缆)绞车作为一种关键设备而被逐渐重视起来。为了解决因收放张力实时变化范围大难以实现自动排缆的疑难问题,设计了水下拖缆收放控制绞车。介绍了该水下拖缆收放控制绞车的各个组成单元、功能及工作原理,并对绞车收放电控系统的组成以及各个工作模式的设计进行了详细的阐述。同时,对绞车的关键技术进行了简单介绍。根据用户实际使用结果,表明该水下拖曳电缆收放控制绞车设计合理、运行可靠,满足有关技术指标和使用要求。With the development of ocean exploitation, as a key device, underwater towing cable winch is gradually paid more and more attention. Due to the large changing range of draw-off tension in real time, it is difficult to realize auto traversing. In order to solve this problem, the underwater towing cable retractable control winch is designed. Each composed unit, function and working principle of the winch are introduced. The various component of the retractable electric control system and the design of each working mode are also described in detail. Meanwhile, the key technologies of the winch are briefly introduced. According to actual using effect, the winch can meet the relevant specifications and the service requirements due to its reasonable design and reliable operation.
