摘　　要：韩延华教授为龙江韩氏妇科流派的第四代传人,其认为产后痹证是由于产妇产后气血不足,百节空虚,卫表不固,腠理不密,加之起居不慎,风寒湿邪乘虚入侵,痹阻关节经络,使气血运行不畅,产后虚弱筋脉失养,兼夹外邪所致。龙江韩氏妇科治疗本病,不外乎补、养、散、通四法。然而,证见瘀血互结,邪气阻络之象时,仍需谨记此刻气血已伤,元气已损,切忌一味祛邪,独用大剂辛散祛风,或用寒凉之品,令其阴血更伤、脾胃受损。当攻补兼施,平调阴阳,注重顾护脾胃后天生化之源,使气血得以运行,正气乃充,邪气则褪。Professor Hart Yanhua of Longjiang Han gynecological school fourth generatiun,the postpartum arthralgia is due to ma- ternal poslpartum blood deficiency,joints of the body empty, diminished superficial resistance, loose striated layer, and careless living, cold origin trip couht indicate the invasion, rheumatism joint meridian, the blood runs sluggish,postpartum weakness ten- dons dystrophy,and clip external evils. Longjiang Han gynecological treatment of this disease, nothing more than up,The pour methods are tonifying, nourishing, dissipating, removing. However, the field of blood stasis blocking collaterals, evil image, still need to remember this moment the blood has been hurt and vitality has been damaged, should not blindly remove, alone with the large dose of Xinsan Qufeng, or coht of the product, make it more yin blood injury., damage of spleen and stomach. When the sup- ple,nentation and attack, balance of yin and Yang, pay attention to nursing care of the spleen and stomach after biochemical source, make the blood to run, healthy qi is sufficient, pathogenic fator is fading.
